Our product range expands to spare parts

Kentek is expanding its product range to include spare parts in response to growing demand. Spare parts will be available for all machines and equipment in the current range, but in the initial phase Kentek will focus particularly on Volvo and Volvo Penta equipment and engines.

– Expanding into spare parts has largely been driven by our customers’ needs and inquiries. Our customers feel that our filter sales and logistics work very well, and they hoped that we would also offer the spare parts they need, says Olli Mäntyniemi, Director of Operations at Kentek Oy.

– This year, we have recruited new salespeople with strong expertise in spare parts, and further recruitments are still to come. This allows us to serve our customers with expert knowledge also in matters related to spare parts, Mäntyniemi continues.

The spare parts warehouse program is currently under construction. Nearly all spare parts will be available with a delivery time of three days.

– We offer our expertise and technical support to help customers find the right spare part. Our existing customers will receive more information from their designated account manager. New customers can contact our sales team. I would also like to remind that we serve our international customers in the Baltic countries as well, Mäntyniemi says.

– Our warehouse selection will continue to grow and develop according to customer needs. As demand increases, we will expand our range. We are a one-stop shop, where everything can be obtained from the same place and in a single order, Mäntyniemi concludes.
