December 2025 Donaldson giveaway rules
1. Organizer and Partners
Kentek Oy, Mainostoimisto SST Oy
2. Prize
A Donaldson product package with a total value of €98.09. The package includes:
- LED headlight (value €11.23)
- Powerbank 20,000 mAh made of recycled plastic (value €30.00)
- SKROSS World Travel Adapter (value €17.05)
- True wireless earbuds Fresh ’n Rebel, model Twins Blaze (value €39.81)
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The organizer of the giveaway will pay the lottery tax based on the stated value of the prize. The organizer will not replace the prize if the participant has provided incorrect or unclear contact details.
The winner will be notified personally. The organizer will not compensate or replace the prize if the winner cannot be reached. If the winner cannot be contacted using the provided contact details within ten (10) business days, Kentek reserves the right to draw a new winner. The winner’s name may be published in marketing materials. The prize will be delivered within 30 days of the draw date. The draw will be conducted by January 12, 2026.
3. Eligibility
All users who log in to eTukku between December 1 and December 31, 2025 are eligible to participate. Employees of Kentek Oy and their family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Participation Period
The giveaway is open to all users who log in to etukku.kentek.fi between December 1 and December 31, 2025.
5. How to Participate
The giveaway is organized on the etukku.kentek.fi website. Participation is automatic by logging in to eTukku during the participation period.
6. Organizer’s Liability
The organizer’s liability towards participants shall not exceed the total value of the prize specified in these official rules. The online participation site operates on the most commonly used internet browsers. The organizer and the technical implementer of the giveaway are not responsible for issues caused by third parties, such as general internet connection problems, issues arising from the participant’s firewall or antivirus software, or intentional or unintentional harmful behavior by participants, nor for any damages resulting from such issues.
The organizer and the technical implementer are also not responsible for any damage to a participant’s computer or other property, or for viruses resulting from the use of the website, logging into it, or from any material, data, text, images, videos, or audio downloaded from or originating from the website. Prize recipients release Kentek Oy, the giveaway partners, and their partners from any liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participation in this giveaway.
7. Processing of Personal Data
The information provided for the giveaway will be stored solely for the purpose of notifying the winner and will not be used for marketing. Personal data provided in connection with participation will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
8. Trademarks and Copyrights
All materials appearing in the giveaway are protected by copyright unless otherwise stated, and their use is prohibited without the organizer’s written permission. These rules apply to all participants. By participating, participants agree to comply with these rules and the organizer’s decisions. The organizer reserves the right to make changes. Any ambiguities related to the application or interpretation of the giveaway rules will be resolved by the organizer.
