Based on our long experience, we have built our storage programme to meet the needs of our customers, both in terms of operating conditions and pricing. Our extensive stock programme is constantly evolving according to customer needs.

Thanks to our contracted suppliers, we can deliver almost any filter or spare part to the customer in just a few days. From our main warehouse in Vantaa, we deliver our customers’ orders the next day. Orders received by 16.00 will be dispatched on the same day. The order can also be collected directly from our warehouse.

For each of our customers, we appoint a salesperson who knows exactly what they do and what they need. In addition, our sales support serves a wide range of our customers.

Customer service is supported by our eTukku online service, where a customer profile is created. Machine-specific information can be stored in the profile, ensuring the right products are delivered – even if the machine has non-original parts.
